Tasks

-Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution -Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders -Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to Leadership -Assist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise Hub -Develop in partnership with Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc. -Generate insights to yield valuable organizational, functional and segment actions YOU HAVE:

What You Bring

-Respectful and team oriented -Innovative & adaptable -Academic background in Bachelor Degree -5+ years analytics experience, preferably within Human Resources or People Reporting capacity. 3+ years of experience using Tableau and/or dashboard creation & data visualization skills and 2+ years of experience using HRIS software, preferably Workday -
