Service Engineer - Projects

Overview

Manage end‑to‑end UPS projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder coordination.

Tasks

-Co-ordinate with Safety officer and must ensure 100% EHS at site (including all the parties hired) -Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors (I&C Contractor/ASP's) for the flawless execution of projects -Ensuring on time documentation and HOD submission -Close co-ordination with factory and logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery, unloading and placement -Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status -Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs -Making good professional relations with clients, consultants and vendors to help in smooth execution of projects -Ensure resource availability and allocation -Verification of vendor bills / approval process till payment to vendors. Must ensure on time vendor bill submission till payment -Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success -A Project Engineer is a professional in charge of ensuring completion of all UPS execution projects on time, with efficiency, accuracy and highest quality, while also managing individual tasks. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline -Develop detailed project scope, objectives and timelines ensuring all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Making project execution plan and getting approval from client. Must have experience in project planning tools including resource allocations and managing dependancies

What You Bring

-Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience of end to end project management . Should have Knowledge & Hand own experince in CAD/Drawings submission -Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline including crisis management in critical situations -Superb work ethic and growth mindset -Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems -Excellent listening, customer service, negotiation and team handling skills -Education - Technical Diploma or BE or BTech -Proven working experience as a project Engineer in same industry -Strong Data Management skill- MS Office , AI Tools etc -Knowledge of UPS, Electrical SLD analysis and end to end Data Centre projects execution -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Proficiency in project management software and tools.PMP certification will be value addition -Strong in documentation -The ability to remain professional under pressure -Experience - BE in Electrical / Electronics with 4-5 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 7-8 years of experience in Data Center, COLO, turney key, IT services project execution
