Tasks

-Schedule and dispatch Field Technicians for daily assignments. -Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. -Prioritize service calls based on urgency and impact. -Monitor parts/materials availability and inform technicians. -Support cost control across PM contracts, repairs, and projects. -Manage job setup, technician time tracking, and updates -Maintain truck inventory and ensure accurate billing/payroll prep. -Maintain service contract logs and assist with monthly revenue forecasts. -Issue and track purchase orders; reconcile PO logs. -Participate in team meetings and assist with ordering parts and contract renewals. -Coordinate all on-site work scheduling with customers. -Communicate between field and office to ensure workflow continuity.
