Overview

Develop and productize AI/LLM solutions for industrial asset lifecycle applications.

Tasks

-Use independent judgment and apply programming/software principles, theories, and concepts to complete assignments. -Engage with cross-functional teams to develop applications that meet customer needs. -Mentor junior developers in specific areas of expertise. -Recommend and implement changes and enhancements to improve the quality of products and internal procedures. -Write and implement efficient, maintainable, and reusable code. -Work with team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and perform unit testing.

What You Bring

-Process or industrial data analysis experience (a plus). -Knowledge and deep understanding of Data Science best practices, approaches, and tooling. -Capably handle multiple tasks and switch from task to task without loss of efficiency. -8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI development. -.NET, REST, and other traditional application development technologies. -Experience with typical ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. -Proven experience taking LLM/ML use cases from concept (e.g., Jupyter notebooks) to productization and execution as part of a larger software application, including long-term model maintenance and retraining. -Expertise in LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Llama, etc.) and traditional ML model creation and productization.
