Tasks

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales & Estimator to join our team, assisting customers, generating accurate estimates, and supporting projects from design to completion. -Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards. -Prepare accurate project cost estimates and professional quotes. -Manage inside sales activities from inquiry to order completion. -Identify opportunities for repeat and new business. -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. -Consult with customers to guide project decisions and promote company products/services. -Manage multiple projects at different stages and coordinate materials and production. -Ensure timely entry of estimates, quotes, and orders in the system.

What You Bring

-Comfortable working with customers and the public. -Basic woodworking knowledge and familiarity with wood types and building materials. -Experience estimating woodworking or trade projects. -Proficient in Microsoft Office. -Experience in sales or customer relationship management. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy. -Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
