-Enjoy face to face customer and team engagement -Security Certifications -Certifications “nice to have” in the following areas: -Analytical approach to problem solving -Experience in systems / infrastructure administration or IT leadership role a plus -Detail oriented with the ability to successfully multi-task -Experience working in large to enterprise level IT environments -Communicate at a level others understand -Microsoft Cloud Stack (Fundamental or advanced) -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience -CCNP / CCNA -4 or more years of hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server & VMware technologies -Ability to design technology solutions that meet industry standards approach / best practices -Strong verbal and written communication skills
