Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Assist PMs with construction tasks, scheduling, financials, permits, and inspections.

Tasks

-Assist in the design review process. -Work with owner and stakeholders to provide strategic planning ideas, oversee all required permits, and remove roadblocks for the Contractor’s work to progress. -Assist and lead the RFI review process with designer, contractor, DFW departments, and stakeholders. -Assist with presentation development. -Assist project managers to develop Executive level summaries and development of SOPs. -Assist with SAT processes with change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials, and schedule.

What You Bring

-Must be able to pass security clearance requirements and background check. -Alternative delivery (Design Build/CMAR) experience a plus -Associate’s degree in a related construction, engineering, or technical discipline, or equivalent. -Excellent communication is important.
