Tasks

-Enhance your leadership and communication skills with the opportunity to lead and collaborate with various professionals, from Executives to front-line workers. -Collaborate with estimating, operations, and legal teams to align commercial strategies and manage risk. -Foster a culture of high performance and collaboration. -Build and maintain strong client relationships. -Complete administrative tasks and other assignments as required. -Represent FLINT at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums. -Ensure technical documentation meets Ontario regulatory standards. -Develop work plans, manage contractor bidding, and oversee project budgets and schedules. -Lead and execute multi-phase environmental projects (assessment, remediation, reclamation, closure). -Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Ontario’s environmental market. -Liaise with Ontario government and regulatory agencies. -Mentor and develop junior staff. -Develop proposals, pitch decks, and support competitive bidding.

What You Bring

-Over 8 years in project management or leadership within environmental consulting, including 5+ years in Ontario’s regulatory landscape. -Proven ability to secure new business, strong financial acumen, and excellent client relationship management. -Deep understanding of Ontario’s contaminated sites regulations and a strong track record in delivering complex projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Environmental/Civil Engineering, Geoscience, or related field; Qualified Person (QP) with a professional designation (e.g., P.Eng., P.Geo.). -Proficient in MS Office and project management software; willing to travel within Ontario (15–25%).
