Commercial Live Site Coordinator

Coordinate commercial site operations, handling queries, complaints, and documentation.

Tasks

-Manage customer complaints (CCFs) and order deficiencies (ODRs), ensuring timely resolution and dashboard updates. -Respond to site queries from Main Contractors and Contract Managers via email and phone. -Raise variation orders and log installations from daily SAP reports. -Contribute to team KPIs and suggest improvements to our EVA system. -Liaise weekly with sites to confirm readiness for frame delivery and installation. -Track and manage stillage collections post-installation. -Coordinate returns of faulty goods within 28 days. -Complete administrative tasks including FENSA/IBG/PAS 2030 registrations. -Support tenant bookings for surveys and installations in refurb projects. -Maintain accurate contract documentation and internal systems.
