Tasks

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Seven Hills reporting to the Logistics and Allocations Manager. This role will primarily be responsible for processing and reporting heavy vehicle contractor, vehicle and driver data. As an integral team member of the division, this role supports Boral’s regulation and compliance in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law. -Active communication with key stakeholders -Processing and documenting licences, insurances, contracts, induction records, etc -Contractor, driver and vehicle set up and reporting -Coordinating medicals and telematics events -Processing and coordinating fines (speeding, etc.) -Active participation in continuous improvement of processes and systems
