Tasks
-Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to align design deliverables and construction sequencing. -Evaluate and mitigate risks through proactive issue management and field coordination. -Manage self-perform trades and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contract requirements, specifications, and company standards. -Overall schedule management including schedule development and critical path analysis . -Lead total project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. -Drive inclusion and respect within diverse jobsite environments. -Maintain proactive risk management and client satisfaction above. -Support workforce planning and development; ensure field teams are properly resourced and trained. -Lead daily site coordination meetings, safety huddles, and Lean pull-plan sessions. -Drive a zero-incident safety culture through proactive leadership and daily engagement. -Actively participate in Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and constructability reviews to optimize cost, safety, and schedule outcomes. -Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and client-specific safety protocols. -Act as the primary on-site representative for the client, consultants, and regulatory authorities. -Review and approve vendor packages, drawings, and data sheets relevant to construction execution. -Develop, implement, and maintain project execution plans, logistics, and constructability strategies. -Oversee commissioning, startup, and performance testing phases in alignment with client requirements. -Lead weekly progress reviews with internal stakeholders and client representatives. -Ensure alignment of budget set for the project including labor, materials and equipment. Work with Project Management team to assess weekly/monthly cost projections, labor productivity and expenditures. Work with Project Manager and EPC discipline leads to address issues as they arise. -Direct reporting responsibility for project superintendents, field engineers, safety, quality and project support staff. -Maintain consistent communication and reporting with the Project Executive and client leadership. -Foster a culture of mentoring, accountability, and continuous improvement. -Serve as the primary field leader responsible for site safety, schedule, cost, and quality. -Participate in change management, ensuring proper documentation, cost tracking, and schedule impact assessment. -Ensure all on-site documentation including drawings, logs, inspection books are updated and current. Assist in the documentation of As-Built drawings. -Conduct performance reviews, recognize achievements, and address performance gaps. -Build and sustain trusted relationships through transparent communication, reliability, and results. -Drive Lean and continuous improvement methodologies across field operations. -Ensure engineering deliverables meet field constructability and sequencing needs. -Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for material readiness, long-lead equipment, and subcontract awards. -Oversee implementation of the site-specific Quality Control Plan and monitor construction standards, testing, and documentation. -Ensure compliance with contract obligations and deliverables across EPC functions.

What You Bring
-Must be willing to travel regularly and accept out-of-town assignments ranging from weeks to months or years at a time. -Demonstrated ability to lead safety programs and maintain OSHA 30 certification. -Bilingual with the ability to communicate in both Spanish and English. -Experience managing EPC projects with total installed cost exceeding $100M strongly preferred . -Demonstrate leadership that develops field teams and strengthens company culture. -Current OSHA 30 certification. -High school diploma required. -Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward thinking. -Demonstrated experience initiating and driving continuous improvement and lean methodologies. -Two or four-year degree in construction related field. -10–15 years of construction related experience or progressive leadership in large-scale EPC projects. -Proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Procore (or equivalent), Bluebeam (or equivalent software), Primavera P6 and project controls software. -Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. -Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-scale industrial or EPC projects ($50M+ TIC). -Experience with modularization, prefabrication, or advanced work packaging (AWP) preferred. -Experience in Power, Energy, Water/Wastewater, Ag/Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors. -Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. -Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities. -Strong technical knowledge of industrial process systems, equipment installation, and heavy construction sequencing. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. -Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
