Tasks

-Managing PMO and project controls strategy and delivery on large-scale commissions. -Managing day-to-day assigned commissions on all PMO and project controls matters. -Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices across all project environments. -Collaborates with PMO director and/or project manager to address actions, recognise opportunities and mitigate risks and issues. -Build trusted client relationships and drive performance through data, planning and reporting. -Guides the development and management of the baseline (scope, time, cost, risk, assumptions) and subsequent delivery performance, change and contingency monitoring. -Monitors the development of project quantitative risk analysis (cost and time). -Mentor teams, support recruitment, and contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon transition.
