Tasks

-Monitor high-risk zones and implement control measures -Partner with warehouse, store, and finance teams to resolve audit findings -Support external audits and financial reviews -Timely audit completion and resolution -Maintain detailed audit trails for compliance and traceability -Execute cycle counts, spot checks, and full audits -Reconcile physical counts with MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERP -Recommend process improvements to reduce inventory loss -Validate ERP entries and correct data inconsistencies -Generate and analyse reports to detect trends and anomalies -Monitor inventory movements and audit trails via MS Dynamics ERP -Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory transactions -Investigate shrinkage, damage, and misplacement incidents -Ensure strict adherence to inventory SOPs -Train staff on ERP inventory modules -Provide training and feedback on inventory best practices -Conduct scheduled and surprise physical inventory audits -Collaborate with teams to refine and update SOPs -Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions

This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence through systematic audits, ERP mastery, and SOP enforcement. -Experience in multi-location retail or distribution environments -Proficiency in MS Dynamics Finance & Operations ERP -Certification in Inventory Management or Internal Auditing (CIA, CPIM) -Familiarity with warehouse automation and digital audit tools -Knowledge of inventory control principles and audit methodologies -Strong analytical and documentation skills -ERP data integrity and reporting accuracy -Inventory accuracy vs. ERP records
