Tasks

-Accountable for the quality of your deliverables and for supporting peer reviews to uphold team standards. -Execute project tasks independently within established scope, schedule, and budget parameters. -Execute the design of high-voltage substations (15 kV to 500 kV) using design software. -Coordinate drawing development and CAD-based design tasks. -Collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing while continuing to grow technical expertise. -Engage with clients to clarify technical requirements, contribute to project updates, and ensure alignment with expectations. -Implement client standards and applicable design codes and specifications related to design requirements.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology -Practiced ability to comprehend and interpret safety codes, utility standards and regulations (NESC, NFPA, IEEE). -Experience working with AutoCAD, ACADE, or Inventor. -3-6 years of experience -Clear and professional communicator with demonstrated ability to convey technical information across teams and disciplines. -Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with effective problem-solving abilities and consistent attention to detail. -Reliable and team-oriented, with demonstrated experience collaborating across disciplines to support project execution. -Experience designing substation physical structures and wiring and controls. -Pursuit of or have passed Professional Engineering (PE) Exam a plus -Valid Driver’s License is required.
