-Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to maintain excellent communication and project transparency. -Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, budget, and quality targets are achieved. -Report regularly to senior management on progress, risks, and financial performance. -Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required. -Oversee all aspects of project delivery from tender stage through to completion. -Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple residential construction projects across Galway City and County. This is a key leadership position offering long-term career potential, excellent remuneration, and the opportunity to work with a respected name in the Irish construction sector. -Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline. -Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills. -Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within residential construction. -Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities. -Full driving licence and flexibility to travel within Galway City & County. -Proven track record of delivering multi-unit residential projects successfully.
Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 (DOE)
