You are relentlessly resourceful and have experience building products from the ground up. -Have High-Impact Tenure: You have a track record of high-impact, full-time roles where you’ve stayed to ship, scale, and own your work. -Have a Proven "Spike": You have a clear signal of excellence. Perhaps you’re a former founder, a key early-stage engineer at a well-known startup, or have a high-impact background that includes both top-tier tech and startup experience. -Product-Minded: You enjoy working directly with users, product managers, and founders to turn ambiguous problems and feedback into concrete, well-built solutions. -Experience with modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, AWS, GCP, or similar frameworks is highly valued.
