Tasks

-Coordinating pilots and cross-functional reviews to validate solution viability, scalability, and customer-centricity -Aligning system maturity with business case validation, stakeholder expectations, and market readiness -Supporting system testing, performance monitoring, and interface management across the automation stack—from control systems to cloud -Managing lifecycle documentation, variant tracking, and reusable learnings to support replication and field enablement -Guiding differentiating systems from concept to scalable deployment, ensuring readiness across technical, commercial, and operational dimensions

What You Bring

-8+ years of experience in program or product lifecycle management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing domains -Experience with agile lifecycle frameworks and lean product development -Ability to identify and mitigate risks, develop credible cost/schedule estimates, and ensure documentation meets lifecycle review maturity standards -Experience in managing variant configurations and version compatibility across product lines -Proficiency in lifecycle tracking tools, PDLM, and documentation of key plans (e.g., SEMP, BoE, system security, verification & validation) -Exposure to IVR or similar innovation maturity models -Must currently reside in the continental USA. Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the U.S. -Owning lifecycle progression through MVP, Incubate, Validate, and Replicate stages with clear milestones and transition gates -Experience in NASAs Systems Engineering & Lifecycle Review -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or industrial systems -Excellent organizational and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain traceability to strategic goals -Proven track record managing complex system lifecycles from concept to scalable deployment, including pilot coordination and stakeholder alignment -Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) -Master’s degree in systems engineering, business strategy, or industrial operations -Strong understanding of industrial scalability, customer-centric solution development, and Siemens automation platforms across the full automation pyramid
