Tasks
-Maintain and update documentation for SCADA architecture, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures. -Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. -Support cybersecurity initiatives by applying OT security best practices, including patch management, access control, and network segmentation. -Collaborate with engineering, IT, and field operations teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. -Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and data integrity across OT environments. -Provide day-to-day support for SCADA systems, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of issues. -Assist in the deployment and commissioning of new SCADA assets and field devices (RTUs, PLCs, HMIs). -Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443). -This role is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems and associated OT infrastructure.

What You Bring
-2+ years of experience supporting SCADA or industrial control systems in a production environment. -Understanding of networking (firewalls, VLANs, switches, routers). -Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or related field. -Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). -Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and tools relevant to OT environments. -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. -Experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing). -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. -Possible participation in after hour support on-call rotation, responding to SCADA-related incidents and alarms -Familiarity/Proficiency with the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA System or similar SCADA Platform. -Familiarity with PLC/RTU programming and protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, IEC 60870). -The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial control systems, network security, and real-time data systems, with a passion for ensuring high availability and reliability of mission-critical systems -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -We are seeking a skilled and proactive SCADA OT Support Engineer to join our Operational Technology (OT) team.
