- Plan a yearly strategy for representation at nuclear industry events, in line with key pursuits.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government, contractors and industry partners
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the nuclear and defence sectors
- Lead the development of the opportunities pipeline and proposals for new frameworks and projects
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes affecting the nuclear and defence industries
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets and partnerships

- Able to provide strategic guidance based on knowledge and experience of the nuclear sector.
- Demonstrable record of successfully planning, bidding and winning new work
- Chartered Member of the relevant Institution (or working towards)

- Proven experience of providing leadership and undertaking business development with the nuclear sector.
- Able to meet the requirements for security clearance in the UK.
- Demonstrable expertise and an extensive track record in a business development
- Full UK driving license
