Tasks

Build strong relationship with the local community via networking Deal with let from instruction to move in Supporting the assistant branch manager Respond to leads from the website and relevant property portals. Undertake property valuations Meet the lettings branch targets Maintain regular contact with Clients Negotiating and Closing deals• Marketing and advertise properties on the relevant portals

What You Bring

Great customer service and a can-do attitude Strong negotiations skills A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a lettings negotiator with some listing experience (desired) Ability to prioritize a busy workload and work well under pressure Must be willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills We require individuals with a positive, energetic, and resilient attitude, possessing excellent communication and lettings skills. Lettings experience and a full UK driving license/ car are mandatory, with a preference for candidates with at least 2 years' experience. Lovely independent with over 35 years of experience combined Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required

Benefits

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday , 9 am to 6 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am -6:30pm; Alternate Saturday, 10am am to 4 pm (alternate day off in lieu during the week) Location: Crouch End Salary: Base up to £22k+ (DOE) £60,000 OTE pa Flexible Saturdays Brilliant career progression Company Car will be provided
