Tasks
You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify high-value leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, extract verified contact data and execute personalized cold email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. -Perform US-based email scraping using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or Instantly.ai (or similar). -Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist, Instantly, or Mailshake. -Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach messaging with company goals. -Maintain accurate lead and campaign records in Google Sheets or CRM. -Stay up to date with the latest email marketing and lead generation trends. -Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, filter, and build lead lists of decision-makers in target industries. -Verify and clean email lists to maintain high deliverability rates. -Craft personalized outreach messages and subject lines aligned with the brand’s tone. -Track and analyze key metrics — open rates, reply rates, bounce rates — and suggest optimization improvements.

What You Bring
Experience: 1-3 year We’re looking for a proactive and data-driven Email Marketing Intern to support our lead generation and outreach campaigns targeting US-based clients. -Mentorship in marketing operations and conversion strategies. -Attention to detail, accuracy, and persistence in lead research. -Familiar with email campaign platforms (Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake). -Basic knowledge of email deliverability best practices. -Basic understanding of CRM tools. -Exposure to real-time email automation and campaign tools. -Hands-on experience in US B2B lead generation and outreach. -Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead prospecting. -Good communication and written English skills (especially for outreach). -Hands-on experience with email scraping tools (Apollo.io, Hunter.io, Skrapp.io, etc.). -Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel for data management. -Knowledge of US market -Understanding of B2B lead generation. -Familiarity with cold outreach A/B testing and analytics.
