Tasks

-Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required. -Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team. -Reviews monthly productivity and labor hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed. -Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy. -Work within a multidisciplinary team. -Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects. -Assigns projects to staff and schedules work. -Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products. -Lead a team of electrical engineers and provide mentorship. -Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals. -Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team.

What You Bring

-P.E. required. -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required. -Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions. -10+ years of professional experience as an Electrical Engineer. -Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and AGI. -Experience with Mission Critical/Data Centers -Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.
