The Role

Overview

Assist with maintenance, inspections, and repairs of machinery as a trainee.

-Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues. -Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. -Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. -Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. -Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

What You Bring

-Good communication and organizational skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. -Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. -Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. -Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. -Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. -Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
