The Role
Overview
Provide on-site and remote Tier 1/2 IT support for offices and construction sites in Florida.

Tasks
-Respond to service requests related to jobsite mobilization, including setup of Internet, fire walls/ switches, wireless access points, copier s and other infrastructure. -Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues, escalating more complex problems to Field Services Engineers. -Travel regularly to job sites as needed, maintaining strong field presence and communication. -Document issue resolution steps and contribute to SOP development and maintenance. -Provide onsite support for desktop computing, network access, wireless , mobi le de vice s and A/V systems at both regional offices and construction jobsites. -Support VIP and executive users, ensuring timely and professional service for high-priority requests. -Collaborate with team members to complete project-related support tasks within defined scope. -Assist in onboarding and offboarding tasks including workstation configuration, hardware delivery/setup, and decommissioning. -Ensure all hardware and software assets are tracked in ServiceNow and inventory systems are up to date.
