The Role
Overview
Provide admin support to facilities team, handling tenant queries, work orders, and records.

Tasks
-Assist customers and tenants on using the tenant platform through phone support -Conduct account administration, lodge work requests and purchase orders -Ensure service providers meet contractual obligations -Maintain records in our system and support the FMs onsite -Coordinate service and facilities team in response to customer requests
