Tasks

-Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. -Product and Solution Development: Carry out a range of product development and engineering activities. Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products. -Engineering Solutions Design: Contribute to the design of engineering solutions; design the feasibility testing approach and supervise its implementation to support the development and validation of engineering solutions. -Client & Customer Management (External): Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems. -Knowledge Management System: Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice. -Project Management: Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals. -Engineering Standards Specification: Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards.

What You Bring

-Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certificate desired but not required. -Registered Professional Engineer in CA or ability to obtain PE license within 6 months. -Minimum of 6 years of professional consulting engineering experience with exposure to defense, water/wastewater, waterfront, architectural, industrial, or related projects. -Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from an ABET accredited school in Electrical Engineering or similar degree.
