-Responsible for the financial, commercial and contractual management of projects from post tender hand over through to final account close out of the project -Working closely with the operational teams ensuring that subcontract procurement is carried out in both a timely and cost effective manner

What You Bring

-Strong background in Construction or Modular -Experience within a Quantity Surveyor role -Experienced in managing commercial risk from through project completion, including final account negotiation -Commutable from Leeds, York, Hull, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Grimsby, Doncaster and the surrounding areas
