Lead and grow ERM's Digital EHS/Sustainability services, selling and delivering EMIS projects.

Tasks

-Develop and implement strategic business and action plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in the EMEA regions. -As a senior “seller/doer,” personally win new Digital Services engagements annually. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients. Develop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business. -Develop a working understanding of ERM’s other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients. Support the general growth and development of ERM’s international Digital Services area. Coordinate with ERM offices in the US, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Latin America regions. -Serve as the billable Consulting Director on sold engagements that require your skill set, or serve as a billable subject matter expert on other engagements that need your expertise. -Develop and manage strategic EHS&S Management Information Systems programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues. Design and direct large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality. -Support the growth and development of ERM’s global integrated solutions and actively collaborate with colleagues across the globe. Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM in the market. -Lead, manage performance, inspire and mentor personnel for overall success of the team. -Leverage technical skills to help teams drive double-digit profitable growth across the Digital Services service lines (e.g. effectively working with key clients by assisting them with their EHS&S Management Information Systems software selection, design, implementation, system integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements).

What You Bring

-Ability to travel as needed. -15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS&S Management Information Systems and sustainable EHS programs. Possess a diverse client portfolio which includes clients from the oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, power, utilities, mining, hi-tech, or food and beverage markets. -Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace. -Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in EHS&S Management Information Systems software solutions. Successful hands on experience with Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, or other related EHS&S software systems. -Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHSM domains. -BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related program.
