Operate forklift on swing shift to move materials in a manufacturing plant.

Tasks

-Develop a basic knowledge of the product yard with organizational skills to maintain applicable product yard maps -Frequently works near or around moving mechanical parts. -Develop a basic knowledge of all RedBuilt products.

What You Bring

-Must have good communication skills. -Must be 18 years of age. -Ability to safely climb on and off lift truck/forklift -Able to work in stressful situations and inclement weather conditions, while maintaining composure and safe work practices. -Self-motivated, organized, and attention to detail. -Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. -Willingness to learn all aspects of forklift operations for the plant and possibly shipping department. -Must be flexible to work daily overtime, including the occasional weekend, if necessary. -Manual and finger dexterity as required to perform daily job duties. -Ability to frequently walk, sit, and/or stand for prolonged periods of time. -Be safety conscious and motivated to exceed in department safety goals -Forklift trained and proficient -Ability to occasionally bend, squat and/or stoop. -Occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, including variations in temperature and precipitation. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
