Tasks

-Work with other members of the Law Department, Finance and external counsel to prepare, track and manage budgets. -Handle sensitive, confidential, and proprietary matters on a routine basis -Manage high volumes of tasks and projects independently when possible -Respond to third party subpoenas and coordinate with other members of the Law Department in the handling service of complaints and other court related filings against the company. -Collaborate with other members of the Law Department on legal hold notices related to claims and litigation. -Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards. -Provide day-to-day support to in-house counsel managing litigation, federal and state inquiries, and proceedings, and internal compliance initiatives. -Collaborate with other departments to gather, analyze and produce information responsive to subpoenas, discovery requests, and investigations. -Perform data entry and retrieval of information through docket management and reporting systems and update/maintain department databases as appropriate, including to collaborate with other paralegals in the Law Department on corporate registrations and contracts recordkeeping. -React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick

What You Bring
