Tasks

Procure Materials at negotiated rate in the market Follow up of material delivery. Oversee and support our purchasing staff - Team Meetings, Pre - Budgeting and Planning of Materials as per project Schedule. Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy as per Company standards and SOP. Would be responsible for reducing purchasing cost, procuring quality material, ensuring timely deliveries, checking bills and timely bill payment. Maintaining documentation of POs and rate analysis.

What You Bring

Candidate with experience in Purchase, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Cost Analysis is must Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Commercially and financially aware with experience of managing budgets Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities UG :Any Graduate Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines Strong leadership capabilities Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers Advanced Excel with Intermediate Power Point Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels Solid judgement along with decision making skills
