Tasks

-Establishes Discipline OMSE plan and defines discipline objectives, team role, execution plan, surveillance plan, work process in accordance with project objectives and TEN procedures. -Checks on/and approves discipline deliverables. -Represses the company toward clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors, and third parties for technical subjects in his/her discipline. Support by Project Engineering Manager as necessary. -Monitors discipline KPI. -Identifies technical risk & opportunities to cope with project objectives in terms of cost, quality, and schedule. -Manages the team to ensure that all members are aware of assigned work and comply with DOMEST, objectives & TEN work process. -Manages and controls schedule and progress (JAMUS). -Can act as Lead multi disciplines for continual and small FEED -Manages and controls material quantities with regards to Price sheet budget and proposed mitigation/operate actions to control the quantity increase. -Coordinates with other engineering process/FISE disciplines, procurement, construction, subcontract, commissioning, and project supports for the discipline’s activities. Arbitration (Engineering strategy, Contractual topic, Cost & Schedule) is by Project Engineering Manager. -Supports the Discipline manager in implementation of the Digital Initiatives in the projects as required due to time. -Consolidates & ensures awareness of input and output data for the discipline. -Controls main/hours budget and identifies internal change request (E ICR). -Is responsible for performing activities and issuing deliverables in accordance with project schedule, quality, contractual requirements, and execution plan. Is responsible for establishing team organization and managing mobilization plan in accordance with budget and workforce (E bulletin) in coordination with head of department. -Performs reporting to Discipline Department Manager / Project management. -Establishes projects close out and lessons learned. -Supervision & Management of a small team (Group Leaders, Specialist Engineers, Designers, Draftsmen) -Identifies optimized technical/economical solutions in coordination with other disciplines. Validation (and arbitration as necessary) by Project Engineering Manager. -Supervises internal/external subcontracted engineering activities as per project execution and surveillance plan. -Management of one operating center and dedicated to one project -Ensures issuance of the MTO Report for the discipline.

What You Bring

-Conversant with ETAP, SEL and other Lighting software. -Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 11-16 years of relevant industry experience. -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Ability to foster communication within diverse cultural environments. -Experience in Oil &Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industries is preferred. -Shall be well versed with Indian& International codes.
