BIM Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate BIM models, resolve clashes, produce drawings/specs, support MEP coordination.

Tasks

-Provide support to junior BIM team members -Manage and resolve clashes and coordination issues between disciplines -Responsible for delivering all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on each project -Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan -Liaise with package managers and site engineers to coordinate complex MEP installations

What You Bring

-4+ years' experience working on multiple large projects -Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills -Navisworks experience desired -AutoCAD experience preferred -Relevant Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar -Previous Revit experience - MEP bias required
