-Works well with others in an integrated team environment -Ability to adapt to a fast-moving landscape and keep pace with latest thinking -Demonstrable experience in Procurement roles with experience of Technology projects -Customer focus – able to meet the demands of internal and external customers -Multi-tasking – can manage several concurrent projects and prioritise demands -Excellent communication skills – providing verbal and written communication that is outstanding to both direct reports and senior management as well as other stakeholders -Considerable experience of successful commercial management -Can make decisions that are well informed and timely -Creative thinking – able to look at alternatives and consider new ways of thinking to problem solve -Well organised with an eye for detail. -Knowledge of market trends in contract and pricing models, service delivery and performance management. -Credible, strong, persuasive communicator. Strong negotiation, relationship and interpersonal skills. -Analytical mind capable of managing numerous information sources and providing data analysis reports to senior management -Flexible and adaptable – capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands -Extensive knowledge of best practice
