Overview
Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and common areas for an apartment community.

Tasks
You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, including residential units, common areas, and building systems. -Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. -Conduct inspections of apartments and common areas to identify and resolve issues. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. -Respond promptly to service requests and work orders from residents and management. -Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. -Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional servicesPerforms other related duties as assigned by management. -Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. -Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies. -Assist with emergency maintenance as needed, including after-hours on-call duties. -Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.

You will work amongst a team of professionals within a breathtaking community with premium amenities. -Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. -Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision. -Valid driver’s license -2+ years of experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred. -Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. -High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
