The Role

Overview

Design and develop architectural concepts, create models/renderings, and coordinate project docs.

Tasks

-Research and specify materials, building systems, and products -Contribute to our design process across all project phases, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documents -Create graphic presentations, 3d models and renderings, and design drawings -Coordinate design documents with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives -Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an open, iterative design process to develop and refine design concepts

What You Bring

-Proficiency in physical modeling, digital modeling, and visualization using Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and Enscape -Demonstrated progress on AXP and/or ARE exams -LEED accreditation a plus -Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills -Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent -Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices a plus; portfolios ideally include one project with this particular focus -Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes -3 - 5 years of related project experience

Benefits

-The base salary will be estimated between $75,000 - $82,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
