The Role

Overview

Assist construction project team with documentation, cost tracking, scheduling, and coordination.

Tasks

-Assist in the preparation and management of change orders and maintain the project change order log. -Maintain and update submittals and Request for Information (RFI) logs. -Support the development and maintenance of project schedules. -Prepare and submit project submittals and RFIs to clients. -Oversee project progress and job cost tracking to ensure alignment with budget and timelines. -Coordinate design changes with internal construction teams and external stakeholders. -Monitor and track construction contract design changes and updates.

What You Bring

-College degree or completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship preferred, but not required. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Electrical systems knowledge -Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. -Scheduling and project management software -Experience with Microsoft Access is a plus. -Microsoft Excel proficiency -Experience with job cost tracking and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project). -Ability to read, interpret, and analyze construction schedules. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Familiarity with Bluebeam Studio and Procore software preferred.
