Tasks
As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of a key client site’s facilities team, supporting non-core engineering and operations. Your tasks include planning and coordinating daily maintenance repairs and scheduled services, as well as overseeing adi-appointed contractors for outsourced maintenance. This multi-skilled role requires a strong emphasis on electrical or mechanical expertise. -Contributing to minor project work. -Undertaking planned, reactive and corrective maintenance effectiveness and reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules. -Communicating effectively with both the Client and your team. -Performing hands-on maintenance and operation of utility equipment and control systems. -Conducting root cause analysis to optimise plant and machinery efficiency and safety. -Using CMMS. -Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements. -Maintaining pipe systems and related equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and waste management.

What You Bring
Hours – Continental Shifts adi Facilities Engineering Multi-Skilled Technician -Extensive experience in a facilities maintenance technician position or related field. -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and familiarity with HVAC systems is highly advantageous and will be considered desirable. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
