Tasks

-Apply critical thinking to identify issues and propose solutions aligned with client objectives -Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders -Lead and contribute to valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a range of purposes including M&A, tax, financial reporting, and disputes -Manage the preparation of valuation reports and financial models, including strategic options analysis

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex financial problems. -Exposure to valuations for accounting or tax planning purposes -Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business -Strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments -Strong financial modelling skills in Excel; experience with valuation software a plus -Experience applying valuation methodologies (DCF, market comparables, etc.) -Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and written communication skills -3–7 years of experience in valuations, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
