The Role

Overview

Oversees campus recruiting events, internship program, and candidate sourcing on iCIMS.

Tasks

-Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage the follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package -Coordinate/manage our office interviewing program (including facilitation of interviewer training and post-interview debriefs) -Co-lead the Summer Intern Program -Co-lead exit interviews with current interns/co-op candidates -Posting requisitions keeping the number of openings up to date -Learn from qualified staff and build long-term relationships -Source and screen candidates from iCIMS as well as other creative sources (social media, professional organizations, referrals, etc.) -Attend weekly meetings with hiring managers/Group Leaders -Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.) -Research and report on different University programs and maintain and establish our brand on campus -Extend offers to current intern candidates for another internship or full-time opportunity -Manage iCIMS including candidate screening and dispositioning and cleaning up requisitions -Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers -Collaborate with other TA members for hiring purposes and communication around what is going on in the campus world

-Ability to cross-train or shadow with other departments within our firm -Open availability for peak campus travel seasons which include September-November and February and March -Ability to travel to multiple events in different states -2+ Years of campus recruiting experience
