Tasks

HSEQ Compliance: All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns. -Make your mark by promoting best practices and shaping the future of facilities management. -Lead exciting projects and innovative programs, ensuring they align with business priorities and ISS global/local standards. -Identify and champion best practices, bringing innovative solutions from concept to successful implementation. -Champion continuous improvement and innovation across your teams. -Foster collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals and seamless project rollouts. -Drive exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence by effectively managing teams, vendors, equipment, and facility resources. -Own project delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards to guarantee successful outcomes. -Ensure contract promises are consistently met and exceeded. -Walking/Inspecting the site 50% of the time -Enhance customer loyalty and drive satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

This is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a difference! -Sitting at a computer for 50% of the time -Bilingual skills are a plus! -Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of excelling independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Ideally holding a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a related field (experience in Pharma Manufacturing is a bonus!). -Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds -A proven professional with 4+ years of facilities management experience (supervisory experience preferred). -Tech-savvy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint). -Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
