Maintain apartment property, handle repairs, landscaping, emergencies, and resident support.

Tasks

-Maintain lawns, grounds, landscaping, and parking lots including snow removal. -Complete preventative maintenance activities. -Cleaning and housekeeping of common areas. -Repair and maintain building exteriors and interior common areas. -Repair carpeting and tile. -Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures. -Provide resident support and respond to after-office hours emergency calls. -Repair, install and maintain basic appliances such as refrigerator, range, disposal, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. -Prepare vacant apartment for market ready condition, may include cleaning and painting. -Complete all maintenance requests in an efficient and courteous manner. -Repair, install and maintain basic plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, lavatories, toilets, dishwashers.

What You Bring

-Fluent in Spanish is a plus. -High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. -Able to work overtime and emergency call in. -Must have and maintain a valid driver's license in the state of residence. -Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. -Must be able to read and comprehend the English language. -Demonstrated ability or experience in the maintenance field desirable.
