Tasks

We are seeking a proactive and organised Resident Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Surrey. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the face of the development, supporting residents, managing tenancies, and ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standard. -Managing tenancy processes including viewings, check-ins, inspections, and check-outs. -Monitoring compliance, health & safety, and property standards across the development. -Building strong community relationships with residents, local partners, and stakeholders. -Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional service and communication. -Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
