*Must have Electrical Estimating Experience*

  • Proficient in relevant estimating and quantity take-off software
  • Thoroughness and reliability
  • Strong math and technology ability with an analytical mindset
  • Understands the project/program and its requirements
  • BS/BA in engineering, construction science, architecture, or relevant discipline strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with construction materials, means, and methods
  • Generally requires 3 to 5 years of Electrical Construction estimating experience
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States. Austin Commercial is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advances knowledge in building designs, systems, and construction materials through available resources
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
