Tasks

Working in a close-knit, fast-paced team, you’ll also mentor junior creatives, manage briefs, and ensure the highest design standards across every project. As Senior Packaging Designer, you’ll take the lead on creative projects from concept to completion – translating brand stories into standout packaging for international beauty clients. You’ll work across everything from Haircare and Skincare to Fragrance and Colour Cosmetics, creating visuals that combine graphic design, 3D form and tactile detail. Expect to flex both your conceptual thinking and technical execution – producing high-end visuals, mock-ups and 3D renders that elevate the design narrative. -Oversee print and production processes, ensuring design feasibility and quality -Stay ahead of beauty and packaging trends, bringing fresh ideas into the studio -Translate brand ideas into premium 3D visuals and prototypes -Collaborate with internal teams and global clients to deliver creative solutions -Manage and mentor junior designers and artworkers -Lead the design and visualisation of packaging concepts, mock-ups and artwork

Requirements

What You Bring

-5+ years’ experience in packaging, branding or design (ideally beauty or FMCG) -Strong understanding of print processes and materials -Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and 3D visualisation tools (Cinema 4D or equivalent) -Present concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders -A confident communicator, collaborator and creative leader -A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and flawless execution in both 2D and 3D
