Tasks

-Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and solutions. -Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables effectively. -Spearhead the growth and expansion of the Norfolk office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. -Provide technical oversight and ensure quality control throughout project lifecycles. -Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering professional growth and development. -Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and specifications. -Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. -Lead and manage MEP electrical engineering projects from concept to completion. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. -Lead project meetings and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members. -Build and develop a high-performing electrical engineering team in the Norfolk office. -Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices. -Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. -Provide technical expertise and guidance on a variety of projects, including mission-critical initiatives.
