Associate Buyer

Overview

Assist with admin and purchasing duties for KONE's spare parts stock team.

Key Responsibilities

• sap updates
• purchasing
• stock management
• reporting
• invoice review
• delivery scheduling

Tasks

-Prepare part load sheets and update product and pricing information records in SAP. -Process purchasing requirements for stocked parts and maintain stock levels for spare parts, as required. -Cross train with team members to support and fill-in as need arises. -Create & maintain various reports for the support of Stock Purchasing team. -Process invoice discrepancies and work to answer accounts payable questions. -Schedule and track/expedite stock part deliveries and maintain product & supplier documentation.

What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. -Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills. -SAP experience highly desirable. -Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft products. -Learning agility required for multiple processes and sources of information
