Tasks

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing leadership on all site activities in a close relationship and collaboration with the Project Management team. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget. -Collaborate with project management team to ensure compliance with client & McMahon Services' processes -Training, mentor, lead & motivate staff on project sites -Ensure project is meeting time and resource management -Foster a strong safety culture, making safety the number one priority -Manage short term planning to ensure project milestones are achieved -Manage the site teamto ensure work is carried out to a high standard at all times
