Senior Pre Contract Engineer

Overview

Develop and manage pre‑contract tender proposals for civil/structural projects.

Tasks

-Coordinate technical and commercial inputs for tenders and proposals -Analyse project documentation, drawings and specifications -Support pricing, risk assessments and value engineering initiatives -Prepare and present tender documentation for management review -Collaborate with Project Managers post-award to ensure smooth handover and delivery alignment. -Liaise with designers, subcontractors and suppliers for technical data and pricing

What You Bring

-Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline) -Experience in estimating, tendering or project engineering for civil or remedial projects -A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail -Strong understanding of construction methodologies, design principles and risk management -Excellent written and verbal communication skills
