- Support and direct the management of the project’s legal and contractual matters
- Establish contract management procedures; provide ongoing support to ensure compliance with contract management procedures; provide ongoing support on interpretation of contracts

- Oversee miscellaneous corporate matters including office leases, contractual correspondence, legal reports, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Prime Contract requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the engineering, construction and/or infrastructure industries, either working in a large law firm or an in-house legal department
